SteelMaster customer Frank Kruetzer of West Virginia learned just that when he ran into an issue while assembling his Quonset Hut™.
Frank, a returning SteelMaster customer, decided to purchase a 34 feet wide, 40 feet long, 18 feet tall Quonset Hut™ to function as a garage and workshop.
When Frank purchased the second building in July 2017, he ran into a bit of a problem. He noticed that there appeared to be damage to the building’s skylights.
Being a second time customer, Frank knew our professional sales representatives and customer service agents would help him with the issue. He and the delivery driver sent photos of the damage back to the SteelMaster factory.
Since Frank wasn’t planning on installing the skylights until the spring 2018, he said the factory told him that they would leave his file open until he installed them to make sure his assembly went smoothly.
“[The customer service] was a 10, absolutely. Communication was there constantly,” Frank said. “We had nothing but good customer service from day one.”
Fortunately, because the damage was minimal, Frank’s contractor was able to install the skylights with no problems. They fit fine and there were no leaks.
“Everything turned out great!”
Frank says he plans on building a Quonset Hut home in West Virginia and looks forward to doing business with SteelMaster again.
