There are two main types of coverall bulk buildings, those that rely on fabric and tension for structural support and those that use steel. Both fabric and steel coveralls offer some of the same advantages, but steel buildings are more durable, require less maintenance, and last for much longer.

For protecting equipment, vehicles, salt, sand, or soil; a steel building does a better job than fabric at a comparable price. While fabric buildings may be cheaper upfront to purchase, investing in steel bulk storage will lead to long-term savings in energy costs and maintenance expenses down the road.
Fabric buildings require regular maintenance and will need to have the fabric replaced and reinstalled every 10 to 15 years, if not sooner.
