Manufacturing Facilities For Processing, Assembly & Packaging of Goods

Purchasing a facility is an important investment for any size manufacturer or processing operation. It means you have a plan and desire to expand to increase output and revenue while creating jobs for the community. You need an affordable, durable and versatile building that’s as easy to buy as it is to build and SteelMaster has the experts who can deliver.

SteelMaster’s project managers have over 60 years of combined experience designing a wide variety of buildings. Our team has worked with major manufacturers such as General Motors, Boeing and Lockhead Martin, delivering buildings to their exacting specifications.

Our prefabricated manufacturing and processing buildings are most economical at 80′ wide or less, with no limits on length. Because there are no length restrictions, our buildings are perfect for long production lines and future expansion opportunities.

Due to their column-free interior, SteelMaster’s metal manufacturing facilities can perform a number of functions, including:

  • On-site storage for raw materials, parts and machinery
  • Offices
  • Production & assembly lines

Customized for Your Business

Customized for Your Business

Every one of our buildings is a custom order, individually designed for your specific area and size requirements. All of our buildings come with state stamped engineered blueprints that meet all of your local building codes and loads requirements. The designs and calculations are stamped by a licensed, professional engineer.

Carpenter Ranches in Yakima Valley came to SteelMaster when they needed to replace their older facilities designed for drying hops. Because hops processing can be an intricate process with many steps, they needed a building specifically designed to meet their needs.

“There was quite a bit of design work that had to occur, and that was all supplied by SteelMaster at no extra cost, they were just great to work with.”
Rick Rinehold, Carpenter Ranches

Easy Assembly

You don’t have to be a construction expert to assemble one of our prefabricated buildings. Over eighty percent of our customers assemble their own building. Because of this, most of our prefabricated building kits can be quickly constructed with just a small crew and minimal effort. There’s typically no need to hire outside construction companies or contractors.

Our buildings only require the use of one size nut and bolt, and every steel panel is pre-cut and pre drilled at the factory to make it easier to assemble each building quickly. It’s the perfect solution for companies that need their projects to be done as soon as possible.
