What’s Included
Keep your equipment protected with a storage building designed to fit your space, budget, and local building requirements. From large industrial machinery to lawn and home tools, these structures provide reliable coverage built for long-term use.
Sales and use tax are not included in price. Buildings are designed using standard keyway foundation and SteelMaster does not provide installation services. All projects are sold as DIY.
*Exclusions apply; see warranty for details.
*Arches are priced in standard 22-gauge and may not meet your snow and/or wind load requirements. Buildings can be designed in thicker steel to meet higher wind and heavier snow loads. Consult with your building specialist for further details.
Your equipment storage building can be designed to fit your needs. SteelMaster offers add-ons, or you can locally source these building options.
Choose between four models, depending on the look or engineering standards you want. When you work with SteelMaster, you get access to experienced building engineers who are certified in all 50 states to help you select the right Quonset model for you.

SteelMaster’s equipment storage buildings are built to handle it all: from large industrial machinery to everyday tools and lawn equipment. With a variety of standard sizes available, you’ll find a building that fits your needs. If your project requires something larger or unique, custom dimensions can be created to suit your space.
Each equipment storage building is engineered to meet your building site’s local wind, snow, and seismic requirements based on IBC and ASCE-7 standards. The structure is pre-engineered to withstand heavy snow loads, high winds, and other common weather conditions.
The base kit includes the steel frame, roof and wall panels, bolts, washers, state-stamped engineering drawings, and a construction manual. Additional costs may include foundation work, site preparation, optional doors or partitions, and local taxes. Shipping is typically included, but delivery to remote sites may involve extra fees. Your building specialist can provide a complete quote based on your configuration and location.

The ideal size depends on your equipment, storage needs, and whether you want workspace inside. Be sure to account for overhead clearance, turn radius, and space for maneuvering inside the building if applicable.
Our largest standard-size building width/height is 40 feet wide and 20 feet tall, with the longest standard length being 80 feet. If necessary, we can also customize the building dimensions to accommodate larger or specialized equipment.
We offer several door and framed openings that can accommodate various sizes of trucks, tractors, skid steers, or smaller tools.
Yes. Many customers use these buildings as combined storage and work areas. Interior partitions, shelving, or additional arches can be added to create separate zones or expand the building later as your needs grow.
A reinforced concrete slab is the most common foundation and provides the strength needed for heavy equipment.
Insulation is optional and usually only necessary if the building will be heated, cooled, or used as a workspace. Proper ventilation can help reduce condensation and protect stored equipment. If your needs change, insulation and climate control systems can be added later.
The arch panels are shipped in packaged bundles with arch panels stacked on top of each other (similar to Pringles chips). Upon delivery, a bill of lading lists every part included in the shipment. It’s recommended to check items during unloading and afterward to ensure nothing is missing or damaged. Any issues can be reported to SteelMaster for prompt resolution.
The building is designed for long-term use and pre-engineered to maintain structural integrity over decades. Panels are coated in organic, Energy Star-rated Galvalume Plus coating to protect against weather exposure. Additionally, the building’s design inherently sheds rain and snow to keep the interior dry and functional. Routine visual inspections are typically all that’s needed post-storm to ensure ongoing performance.
