Born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA, Morgan Tufts brings years of experience and a thorough understanding of steel building solutions to every project. She’s sold buildings in all 50 U.S. states, helping customers with everything from workshops and roofing systems to homes.
Morgan has a special focus on the state of Nevada and is known for her expertise in designing structures that stand up to tough climates. Whether it’s heavy snow or high winds, Morgan uses her knowledge to find the perfect building solution for her customers.
In 2022, Morgan earned the Manager’s Choice Award for consistently going above and beyond, both for her clients and her teammates.

Garage in Arizona
Customer Anthony F. needed a compact, durable space to store his inventory. He didn’t just design the 17’W x 12’H x 26’L building, but also participated in the construction process!
Using his own custom sling suspension method, he personally installed the SteelMaster insulation package. The American flag painted on the door honors Anthony’s late parents and his military service.
“With places like Arizona, you have to think of the seasonality of when they want to build,” Morgan said. “They’re not going to want to build in 110-plus-degree weather.”
Workshop in Oklahoma
Buz M. purchased two buildings for his RV park: an A25-13×30 workshop and an A30-14×24 garage.
He needed a clear-span structure for storing land maintenance equipment and had one of the buildings up in just a day with some help.
Impressed by the durability and simplicity, he’s already planning to use SteelMaster for future developments. His architect even called the design “genius.”
Storage in Nevada
Living in Arizona, Stew needed a building that could handle extreme heat and meet the state’s strict building codes.
When he learned SteelMaster buildings are Energy Star rated and reflect heat, he was sold!
He chose a spacious model to store both his leisure van and boat, and built the front endwall himself.

Storage in Vermont
Mary and Paul, well-informed SteelMaster customers, chose a building with a high snow load, leading to an increased gauge and a large arch to meet their snow loads.
Morgan educated them on the benefits of a Quonset hut and helped ensure the building met every one of their needs for strength and reliability.
