Craig Brookey has been with SteelMaster for three years and is currently a National Sales Manager in our Residential Department. In those three years, he has sold applications varying from garages, workshops, sheds, homes, and more!
In addition to the versatility of the projects, Craig says he loves working with his customers.
“I enjoy understanding the needs of each client and catering to the needs. Trying to find out why they came to us, what’s going in the building, why the Quonset is important to them is fun.”

Grethe W. Somis, CA
S-Model, 10’W X 10’H X 12’ L
When SteelMaster customer Grethe contacted our office looking for a storage shed, Craig was happy to answer all her questions! She was looking for a reasonably sized building to store her Gator.
Craig helped her, and Grethe decided on an S-Model. And she was even able to add an extension on the back of the shed.
Upon delivery and assembly, Grethe created a beautiful custom front end wall using local materials.
“Another great thing about our buildings is the versatility. Her project turned out awesome,” Craig said.
Derek R. Apopka, FL
A-Model, 25’W X 13’H X 24’L
Living in Florida, SteelMaster customer Derek is accustomed to inclement weather. That is what led him to SteelMaster, as he needed a building that could withstand a high wind load.
Craig put his mind at ease, letting him know that all our buildings are engineered to meet wind load requirements, and can withstand up to 190 mph winds.
Craig added, “The Florida product approval number we have is not easy to come by. We go through a lot of rigorous testing and qualifications to get that approval.”

Don H. Covington, LA
A-Model, 20’W, X 19’H X 40’L
When you spend your hard-earned dollars on a major investment like an RV, you want to preserve it for years to come. That is what led SteelMaster customer Don to contact us.
Craig was able to assist him in finding the building to suit his needs within his budget.
Don went with an A-Model, 20x19x40, which gave him the height he needed to store his RV. And, Craig assured him that with the organic reflective coating on our buildings, Galvalume Plus, the interior of the building will be cooler than the exterior, protecting his RV.
Craig concluded, “In his location, he gets some hot sun. The Galvalume Plus reflects sunlight, which keeps the interior 15% cooler as it is. And it comes with energy star rating.”
Stephen G. Strong, ME
X-Model, 28’W X 16’H X 46’L
Stephen called into SteelMaster looking for a building to utilize for storage and a workshop space. Our buildings are a great fit for him because the interior is 100% usable space, maximizing the amount of storage space. Additionally, they are extremely durable and weather resistant, which is important to him as he lives in an area with a 100 pound per square foot snow load.
Craig was able to put his mind at ease, assuring him that all our buildings are pre-engineered using the highest quality steel on the market. Additionally, the blueprints are stamped and approved for the snow and wind load in any designated area.
Now, Stephen has a maintenance free workshop that he can work in all year round!
George H. Montevallo, AL
A-Model, 30’W X 14’H X 36’L
SteelMaster customer and home builder George H. contacted SteelMaster in need of a garage.
Craig was happy to help and let him know our buildings are the strongest on the market.
“The structural integrity is in the arch of our system. Some other building systems have an internal framework which is the strength of their style structure and cover with a thin sheeting to complete the structure. This is why our entire building is backed with a 40-year warranty, and not just the internal framework,” Craig said.
George was able to erect his building himself and is extremely pleased with it!
He added, “The fact that he chose us over stick built speaks volumes for our company.”
