Building price includes 50 year Steel Mill (ArcelorMittal NYSE MT) & manufacturer-backed warranty (some restrictions apply, see warranty certificate for full details), state-stamped blueprints, commercial 80-grade steel with Energy Star rated Galvalume Plus coating, hex serrated self-locking nuts, pre-recessed polyethylene washers, salt-spray tested bolts, & construction manual. Prices apply to category one buildings with standard foundation designs only. Arch capacity rated up to listed wind and snow loads.
