Thomas Allen is a National Sales Manager in the Residential Department. Throughout his career at SteelMaster, Thomas has sold general building applications in all 50 states, ranging from workshops, roofing systems and airplane hangars. He specializes in applications throughout the state of Minnesota as well as any project that will be built somewhere with a heavy snow load.
In addition to assisting customers, Thomas also trains, develops, and provides leadership to new hires.
“I love conversing with customers, building rapport and learning about their projects to help find a permanent solution for their needs. Teaching is a passion of mine, so being able to educate customers as well as new employees is a bonus,” Thomas said.
Thomas was born and raised in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He has a background in construction as his family owned an HVAC company and built homes.
