NY Art Studio Made with SteelMaster Building Recognized by The Virginian-Pilot

VA Beach Company Constructs Art Studio with Steel Arch Design

The Virginian Pilot; Viginia Beach, VA - March, 2009

Steel arch buildings typically are used commercially for storage or as hangars, for example.  But a Virginia Beach company that specializes in them recently built one for a much different purpose, a contemporary art studio.

SteelMaster Buildings LLC, whose buildings are often used by the military, provided building materials for the Chambers Fine Art building, storage facility and studio for Chinese artists in New York.

“The SteelMaster product was chosen for its lightness, durability, and strength - facilitating the creation of open spaces without internal support,” Christopher Mao, director of Chambers Fine Art, said in a news release.
