I would like to get a estimate ( ball park ) on a stand alone detached garage next to my house, The lot is 26′x 30′ of building space, and I’m looking for a garage large enough to fit 2 cars. It can be one large door or 2 door. I was thinking maybe 24′x24′ or 20′x20′?
Do you foundation work for the garage also?
