Steel Buildings in Nevada

I am interested in learning about a steel building to be put underground. and need to know the load limit per square foot of your buildings.. I am anticipating putting in two buildings each about 30′ x 60′ and then covering them with about 3′ of earth in a desert location. I would like load figures as well cost figures. I am going to pay cash for the best system or buildings I can locate. I am willing to consider used buildings also to control cost.
