Dear Sir;
My company (a poultry company) want to build our chicken breeder and broiler houses with dimension of Lxwxh = 120 m x 14.4 m x 2m per houses. the type of roof is arch roof that able to hold load of 150 Kg/m2. Question: can we buy the machine for production of roof, how much, what is the dimension, is it portable for site production? what is the required thickness of galvanized sheet? what is the specification of coil roll sheet? can we also buy the coil roll sheet from you?
Thanks,
Beny

Require quote for a hurricane proof roof on top of a hotel about 10 storeys high.

Size is 60feet wide by 165ft long.
Height of roof 8feet at sides and 15ft at center.
Need natural lighting at 10ft intervals and insulation.
Close both ends with louvres for air circulation.
Floor not required.
Stormwater drain required all round size is one feet wide by 6inches sides.
The edge of the roof next to the floor can sit flush with this drain such that the bulk of the width of the drain is on the inside of the roof for easier maintenance rather than the outside in the usual installation.
We have a structural parapet wall of one feet high all round so that the roof can sit on the inside edge of this parapet wall.
The roof can also be fixed onto this parapet wall with ease without the need for any drilling onto the concrete floor so there is no chance of water leakage.

The roof must have decent and simple architectural appeal and blend with the external facade.

Please reply ASAP as job is ready to go.

Thanks,

I am considering a roof for a boat house that would be similar to your carports except I want a A shape rather than the continous curve. I would like to know specifics like height from eaves to peak and the angle of the ridge panels to flat panels to make some determinations.

thanks, jason.
