Engineered state-stamped blueprints certified for all 50 states. These are needed for permits to meet wind, snow and seismic loads. Drawings are available. Buyer is responsible for making sure building meets snow, wind and seismic loads.

18 gauge spot welded Baseplate
Requires considerable sealants and field painting. Some assembly may be required.
