SteelMaster Buildings is looking to grow our team of Inside Sales Building Specialists. 2010 has been a year of drastic growth for our company and we need to add personnel immediately to meet excessive market demand.

Over 4,000 interested buyers contact our company monthly interested in purchasing our products. These customer leads are then provided to our inside sales representatives to follow-up with the interested buyers.

We’re looking for people with great people skills, a positive attitude, and who will also enjoy mastering the “nuts and bolts” that you need to know to do this job learning from trained veteran managers and master sales professionals. If you’ve got a positive attitude, a passion for helping customers, a willingness to learn a lot about our buildings, a desire to make money, and you are ready to pick up the phone to talk to customers already interested in our products, you’ve got a shot at this job.

We are looking for 2 different types of sales people:

1. Experienced Salespeople – If you are tired of your company changing your compensation plan to ensure you don’t make “too much money”, SteelMaster is the place for you. 2. Limited to No Sales Experience – If you have the ready to make a good living and have the ability to take direction well, a willingness to work your tail off, the ability to listen and apply what you have learned, the commitment to “do your homework”, SteelMaster is the place for you.

Training Program:

SteelMaster provides a comprehensive training program to our sales trainees including 1 week initial in-classroom training, daily sales team training and on-the-job 1:1 training with our inside sales managers. The program trains our inside sales representatives on the SteelMaster product lines as well as the basic of sales including building rapport, developing relationships, handling objections, pricing strategies, and closing skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Complete sales training program to teach you how to close and make lots of money.
• Income potential with no caps on your pay check. The better you are, the more you earn. We pay for performance. Salary + Bonus + Commissions.
