We have established several departments to assist with the entire steel building design, manufacture, delivery and post-delivery process.  Our Technical Support and Engineering Services department completes designs to contract specifications.  We assist customers, contractors and building officials in understanding our designs.  Once the designs have been completed, our Shipping and Production Coordinators make arrangements for the pick-up or delivery of the components.  Our Coordinators explain what the delivery process will entail including the expected delivery date to ensure that you are fully prepared and the delivery process will go smoothly. 

During construction, our Technical Support representatives are available to provide suggestions and clarification for the proper construction of our products, processing warranty claims and even producing supplementary illustrations and instructions in certain circumstances.  In concert with our engineers and production managers, our Technical Support staff recently completed a comprehensive re-write of our construction guidelines which includes professionally written detailed text and several dozen computer illustrations prepared exclusively for us by our in-house graphic designer which, along with the blueprint, will be your primary reference during construction.  Even after construction, our Technical Support, Engineering Services and Shipping and Production Coordinating Departments continue to be available to you to address questions or concerns that may arise.
