Factory Manufacturing

All of our arch and end wall panels are cut, punched and corrugated using state of the art fully-automated production lines that assure consistency and accuracy in results, which translates to ease of construction for the end user.  This machinery has been developed specifically for our application and is exclusive. We also pre-cut and label our corrugated end wall panels to match the arch shape and dimensions for improved ease of construction.  Accessories are custom cut, punched, bent, etc. specifically for your project.  Our designs minimize welds to preserve the quality and appearance of the completed occurrence, but where welds are necessary, they are carried out only by our certified welders and are coated. 

Every step of production, beginning with design and carrying through to packaging is subject to our quality control program, which is independently audited.  Our design processes and quality control program have been audited and approved by various agencies to meet the highest standards including Florida Product Approval, which has extremely high standards for wind design and CSA A660-04 which is a standard that is specific to pre-engineered steel building systems and covers every aspect of design, manufacture and quality control, with a particular focus on snow design.  This is the most comprehensive and specific standard to our product in the world, and we have been successfully certified under it since the year that it was first released.
