Are You A Closer? Do You Want To Make Big Money In Sales?
SteelMaster Buildings is looking to grow our team of elite Inside Salespeople (Project Specialists). To build up the strength of our Sales Unit, we are adding a few new Closers to our world class sales team.
Job Activities:
You’ll be talking to customers from across the USA who contacts us with an interest in purchasing our many different types of buildings. You’ll qualify your customer leads, work the sales opportunities and close building and parts deals based on what the customer needs.
We’re looking for a couple of closers with great people skills, a positive attitude, and who will also enjoy mastering the “nuts and bolts” that you need to know to do this job learning from trained veteran managers and master sales professionals. We’re flexible with respect to the sales skills we’re looking for. If you’ve got a positive attitude, a passion for helping customers, a willingness to learn a lot about our buildings, and you are ready to pick up the phone to talk to customers already interested in our products, you’ve got a shot at this gig.
How to Get This Job:
- Have some sales experience – the more, the better. Any previous employment utilizing sales skills from waiting on tables to selling at mall kiosks to marketing items door-to-door will do. We are open to all past sales experience so much that our top salespeople are a retired Navy Seal and ex-pizza cook, both making well over 6 figure incomes. If they can do it, so can you!

Be motivated for success and to earn a huge income.
- Possess excellent communication skills. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers solve their building needs and the “thrill of the hunt” from closing business.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and a staunch desire to provide a customer service experience above the norm. Can you solve customer needs and close the deal?
- Ability to speak up, ask questions, learn new sales skills, and absorb technical building information. You’ll be well supported while you’re learning about our building systems, but you need to be the kind of person that asks for help when they need it.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast moving environment.
- Be a fun person to be around and to work with; we spend a lot of time together and fun is a prerequisite.
- Have a sense of humor and have the ability to contribute to team activities and morale.
Special Bonus Round Extra: (nice to have, but not required)
Previous experience with steel/metal building sales or construction sales. This is hard experience to come by but would give you a big head start. If you do not have it, check out our website and if you think our building are cool, this is a great sign.
