In the May 2009 issue of Southern Living an old Quonset hut is revived and brought back to life!

Formerly built and inhabited by a WWII veteran, this once plain and ordinary home was rebuilt to take on a modern and appealing twist.  Architects Michael and Jane Frederick chose to renovate the quonset because of its quirky charm and the idea of recycling rather than destroying the structure.  After all the additions, reworking, and linking were completed the Fredericks and friends believe they did the right thing!

Great job!  We love to see the buildings that inspired our own SteelMaster design being reused and transformed!
