a: Searching for steel buildings on the Internet

Why did you select SteelMaster Buildings for your Building project?
a: I chose SteelMaster because of the ease of construction. I wanted a building that I could erect myself with the help of family and friends and because of the warranty. SteelMaster uses quality materials and says their buildings will last at least 30 years.

How was you experience with our sales and service teams?
a: I dealt mostly with Dan your company rep and he was excellent to work with. When I first started I had trouble getting a building permit, nothing to do with SteelMaster buildings, rather a county ordinance problem relating to having a utility building larger than your dwelling. He went out of his way to give me assistance and I appreciated that very much.

Would you recommend SteelMaster to your family and friends?
a: Yes, definitely

What additional thoughts would you like to add on your building project?
a: We were very impressed with how well the building sections fit together. Sometimes you had to do a little work with the awl to get the holes to line up but it was easy and fast. By the time we were half way finished we had worked out a system of putting the pieces together and standing them up that went really quickly. In the near future we want to build another even larger building and we can use all we learned with the first building to get the next one up even easier.

a: A-30' x 50' is a garage.
a: A-20' x 20' is used for raising my Great Danes.

Timetable to construct the building:
a: 30' x 50' - 1 week (need at least 3 adults).
a: 20' x 20' - 7 hours for the metal, 10 hours for footers and concrete, 5 days for the cedar, rock, framing, electrical, and building of kennels.

a: Least expensive space per square foot and the ease of construction.

How was you experience with our sales and service teams?
a: Mostly good. The 30 x 50 was constructed prior to the blue prints arriving. Fortunately the sales staff emailed me the .pdf's for the concrete design. The 20x20 was easy because I had experience with the 30 x 50

Would you recommend SteelMaster to your family and friends?
a: I do recommend these buildings. I'm sure SteelMaster has quite a few in Indiana.

What additional thoughts would you like to add on your building project?
a: It was fairly easy ... my kids and I built both barns ... they are age 15, 13, and 11. I plan to build a very large one ... 50x100 in the next couple of years.
